Refund and Exchange Policy

*Eligibility for Exchange:*

1. Exchange is only applicable if the product is damaged / defective.

2. Exchanges are not available for size-related issues if the wrong size was selected during purchase. Please ensure you select the correct size.

1. *Notification:* If you receive a damaged product, you must inform us within 2 days of the product delivery date.

2. *Proof of Damage:* An unboxing video showing the proof of damage is required. This video should clearly show the package being opened and the damaged product inside.

3. *Contact Us:* Email us at urbanvogueclothingg@gmail.com with the subject line “Exchange Request – Order [Your Order Number]”. Please include:

   – The unboxing video

   – A description of the damage

   – Your order number and contact details

1. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. It must be in the original packaging, including tags and labels.

3. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the damaged product and verify the damage.

2. We do not offer refunds for any products.

3. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
